Africans have so much diversity, they don’t all just look one way! You don’t have to be extra dark, broad nose, tightly curled hair to be “fully black” that’s just BS. FYI there are many mixed/biracial that have dark skin and more black features yet they are still MIXED. Why does everyone think mixed=light skin? Like seriously get real. I can’t stand it when someone tries to tell me who I am, I am a light skin Nigerian, born to two Nigerian parents, that have two Nigerian parents, and they have Nigerian parents as well. Have never seen pictures of white ancestors or seen them on my family tree. So please stfu, with all this “light skinned blacks are mixed”.

Maikang First of all I know that being “Mixed” as you call it doesn’t mean that you will have light skin just as much as being fully “black” doesn’t mean you will be dark. Its just an assumption people make. But that doesn’t mean that everyone makes that assumption. Personally I don’t care what color you or anyone else is (we are all created differently for a reason). I am not gonna sit around looking at the tone of people’s skin and wonder if they are pure black or mixed or whatever, that is your own business. I have an Aunt who IS mixed she has a white mom and a black dad and she is darker than the ace of spades, so you don’t have to be light to be mixed and you don’t have to be dark to be pure black. Its all on your genetic make up. So if someone makes the assumption that light skinned blacks are mixed correct them but don’t be harsh. Some people just don’t know.skin analyzer

Maikang Those Italians are mixed with Brown Caucasoids though (Arabs, Persians etc) and those Blacks are mixed with Caucasoid (which is hence why they have a straighter hair and narrow noses etc). Most Africans do look a certain way and they are certainly not the most diverse – Caucasoids are the most diverse in Hair color, eyes color, skin complexion. Sometimes a genetic defect may occur – giving any race very pale skin such as that Nigerian couple you mentioned. But in general if someone Black has light brown skin, colored eyes and hair they are most definitely mixed race – same with the Italians and Greeks there are White Caucasoids (most Europeans) and then there are Brown Caucasoids (North Indians, Persians, Arabs). The Italians are a mixture of the two along with some other Southern Europeans – it is an inevitable fact that lighter skinned blacks are mixed race, different people will have different opinions but I am just going according to simply genetics.skin analyzer
