Maikang Your dog can have a parasite besides fleas that is causing rash. This could be internal or it could just be the natural effects of scratching. Maikang It’s not fleas. It sounds like demodectic mange, especially if the skin is inflamed–as I assume that is what you mean when you say its “red”, rather than just the normal color of the skin. It’s most common in dogs from 3 months old to 18 months and can possibly make your dog very sick if this is the condition he is suffering from. Take your dog to the vet and have it treated.
