Ok I have barely any acne, but I do have a few really really tiny pimples on my cheeks, and it seems to get worse during that time of month. Answer:
Maikang the bumps on your skin may be nerves, nothing seriouse i have it , but if you have been told difrent then try this

I know it may sound crazy lol but hemroid cream takes down the swelling in the bump , just dab a little bit on each bump 3 times a week at night and then in the morning wipe off the cream ( you may not see it but its still there ) with sea breeze then do your regular face washing =)

Maikang See, what i do once a week is i boil a pot of water. Then i grab a towel put on top of me head && put my face near on top of the steam for 10 minutes. then i wash my face with cold water && a face wash. then rub my face all over wit ice. then put on a face lotion.

i always be forgettin to wash my face. buh doing this helps me control my acne.skin analyzer
