Im trying to find out good makeup that matcheskin analyzer reviews my skin tone but i cant determine my skin tone…help?

Ive looked on a thousand website but none are really helpful. whenever i look up african american skin tones, they tend to talk about like dark skin tones, with ashyskin analyzer olay looking skin which i dont have but if i look up regular skin tones they dont give many options and i wind up falling somewhere in between

Maikang it can be confusing. if you are talking about the lightness or darkness of your skin it may be referred to as “intensity”.

your actual “skintone” is a warm, neutral, or cool tone. generally african american tones will fall into the warm or neutrals. it can be hard to just look at makeups and pick a flesh toned one. sometimes it can be tricky with darker skins because the actual color in the bottle looks very red or orange- when it fact that is the best for super dark skins.

the best bet is to go to a department store or counter and ask for help. they will often be able to provide you with a sample of foundation if you let them color match you!skin analyzer

Maikang hi, depending on your budget, i would recommend going to the mall makeup counters to get matched. if you can’t, then go to drugstore and sample foundations and try to match to your neck, not ur face for natural results. loreal makes good foundation as done lancome, i heard mac is good for women of color too. good luck! most drugstores have return policies, also, u could get matched at the mall, get a small sample, and bring it to drugstore to match with a drugstore brand , sunday paper usually has coupons for these things and most are on sale every week! good luck!skin analyzer
