I know it’s winter time in Canada, so I’m not sitting out on my patio in my short shorts and camis with a book anymore, but I still wanna ask this.
I can sit outside for just 30mins and already I’ll get a light tan. I am a “deep autumn” according to seasonal color analyzer, so without a tan I have ivory skin, deep chestnut hair, and black-brown eyes. I don’t use sunscreen at all and I never burn, I just go straight to tanning. I mean, with my ivory skin I will occasionally get a little pink in a small spot, but it doesn’t hurt and it’s nothing compared to the sunburns of others. As a child I was outside all the time and was very tan throughout the whole year. For the past two years, I haven’t gone out in the sun too much, and so my skin tone is of a lightly-tanned ivory. It was nice because I remember wishing for fair skin like my sisters (since it was practically unattainable for me), but now I like living with either tone.

This spring/summer, I want to go out a lot again, but I’m concerned about skin cancer and getting wrinkles when I’m older. I don’t know if should start my quest for a 100% natural, high-spf sunscreen to be ready for spring.. or if I should let my skin do it’s own thing again and end up with a tan. Do Hawaiian and Australian (Caucasian) people have as much trouble with skin cancer as rest of us do? Thanks.

Maikang alot of people tan easily its good u dont need a self tanner 🙂skin analyzer
