Does anyone have an idea where a female with small brown eyes, cheekbones and fair skin who have possible come from-genetically?

Maikang Since you cannot afford a DNA test to determine your genetic ancestry, your only recourse is research. I am in a single surname study and we feel that the people with the best documented research have really gained more from the study than those who have poorly documented research. A DNA test will neither tell you who your ancestors were nor when they immigrated to a specific place…it will just give you general information about the makeup of you genetic ancestry, which is great but it is still up to you to learn where and how those particular ancestors fit into your family tree and for that you still need research.

The only other suggestion that I can make is to contact the administrator for your surname study to see if they have a fund for those wishing to participate but financially unable to do so. My group is with Family Tree DNA and we have such a fund but we only use it for people that we think might further our research goals…in other word, if the person fits a certain profile where we do not have enough participants we might be inclined to pay for that persons test. All groups may not have this and as I said they do not pay for just anyone but you have nothing to lose by asking. skin analyzer

Maikang You just described about half the women in America. There is not way to guess what your genetic ancestry is by looking at your face. There has been to much mixing of nationalities over the last thousand or so years. You could be any combination of European, Native American, Asian mixtures.
I have seen DNA testing much cheaper that you quote. You might check out Sorenson Data Base, a few months back they were rather inexpensive.skin analyzer

Maikang I don’t know my genetic history either, but I do know where all of my great grandparents came from and why my children look like they do.
Your genetic ancestry will not tell you where your great grand parents came from. For that, you have research your family history. Look here for some help.
