Maikang Always clean your face day and night and when your done washing put a mostrurizer on it. To get rid of them now, put a few aspirin in a bowl with some water and mix it together untill it is like paste then put it on the zit, wait a few minutes then rinse it off. Maikang You should do hot compresses on you face but do not over do it because it can like totally take a layer of skin off of your face. You just want to do it enough to exfoliate the dead skin off. This will open up your pores and might sting a bit, rinse with cold water. look into buying an expensive face wash like clinique, that’s what I’m going to do.
