LIttle white thskin analyzer scannerings all over my nose clogging up my pours?

I have these little white like thingys all over my nose, clogging up my pours… they’re not really visable (unless ur a couple inches away. when i squeee my nose they come out like little spikes… (i know tskin analyzer machine companiesht was sooo nasty cant believe i just worte that but i REALLY really need help!!)
